WIP - Ogre Butcher & painting process details

Making some progress on this guy although I am finding him a bit tricky with all the little details he has.  Finding that paint goes onto the Finecast Resin (or whatever it is) pretty well and seems to get very good coverage.  Still find the whole feel of it a bit wrong though.

After the standard GW Chaos Black undercoat the processes used have been (Colour names in brackets are the new names from the new range where applicable)

SKIN
Tanned Flesh (Discontinued????)
Flesh Wash (Discontinued and only 1/3 of a pot left??? ARGHHHH!!!)
Dwarf Flesh (Ratskin Flesh - As a Dwarf player I find this highly insulting)
Elf Flesh (Kislev Flesh)

BONES
Bleached Bone (Ushabti Bone)
Badab Black Wash (Nuln Oil)
Bleached Bone (Ushabti Bone)
Dry Brush Skull White (White Scar)
(For Hair on Skulls) Vomit Brown

BLUE PANTS BITS
Regal Blue (Kantor Blue)
Ultramarines Blue (Altdorf Guard Blue)

WHITE PANTS BITS
Fortress Grey(Administratum Grey)
Space Wolves Grey (Fenrisian Grey)

Processes to follow will be

WHITE PANTS BITS
Skull White
Mud or Sepia Wash
Dry Brush Skull White

BLUE PANTS BITS
Blue Wash
Ultramarine Blue/Skull White 50/50
Ultramarine Blue/Skull White 30/70

SKIN
Ogryn Flesh Wash (Reikland Fleshshade)
Tanned Flesh in deeper areas to highlight edges/shapes
Maybe some more highlighting depends on how it looks

BONES
Mud Wash (Agrax Earthshade)
Bit of Skull White/Bleached Bone mixed for highlighting
Mud Wash on Hair as well
Bit of Vomit Brown/Sunburst Yellow mixed for highlighting

METAL ON WEAPON AND FACE
Black Wash to get detailing, then
Spot brush Scab Red (Khorne Red)
Spot brush Blood Red (Evil Sunz Scarlet)
Spot brush Sunburst Yellow (Flash Gitz Yellow)
Spot brush/Dry brush Blazing Orange (Troll Slayer Orange)

BUTCHERS APRON
Bestial Brown (Mournfang Brown)
Snakebite Leather (Balor Brown)
Graveyard Earth (Steel Legion Drab)
Bleached Bone (Ushabati Brown)
Wash of some sort
Bleached Bone/Skull White highlights
Then same sequence of reds/oranges as for metal but without the yellow

SKIN AROUND FACE
Same sequence of reds/orange as for metal and apron but without yellow

BASE
Adeptus Battlegrey (Mechanicus Standard Grey)
Selleys Filla Putty for Snow
Some flowers and grass

These new paint names are going to take some getting used to - but honestly a Skaven player must have been responsible for changing Dwarf Flesh to Ratskin???  If I ever need to paint more Dwarfs Ill have to avoid using it from now on.
